Expanding Estate Planning Services

As Turrisi Law approaches its fourth anniversary, I wanted to share a personal note on the growth of the practice, in particular the estate planning services that I offer.

Over the years, clients have come to me requesting estate planning services in one form or another. It’s not uncommon for a recently-divorced person to reach out to me about updating their will, or for a client to refer a friend or family member who needs help with a power of attorney or setting up a trust. Other clients have found me by walking past the office and popping in to say, “hey, do you do wills?”

As these cases have organically found me, I have discovered that I have a great affinity for estate planning. I find great pride and joy in helping to explain the probate process, estate planning options, and the many benefits of preparing for one’s incapacity and end of life now, instead of forcing loved ones to jump through difficult hoops later. The peace of mind that my clients have expressed at every single signing meeting has been exceptionally gratifying, and has sparked growth and development in this direction.

Over the past year, I have participated in intensive estate planning training, invested in top-of-the-line drafting software, expanded my network, trained my staff, overhauled my website, and started spreading the word on social media. I am enthusiastically diving into this field as an addition to my established family law practice. I hope to grow from having a few estate planning clients at a time to a majority of estate planning clients over time.

I am extremely enthusiastic and motivated to provide the most helpful, painless, and rewarding estate planning experience for my clients. I hope to look back on this post in the future and think of the many clients I have helped to get their affairs in order and plan for the future.

Please consider me as a trusted referral for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate-planning related questions.
